I know, it does signal kinda weird, but if you’re looking for a low-cost, aka affordable & inexpensive (but extremely practical!) ipod stand - here it is! Use your imagination, reckon outside the box! It’s (originally) designed as an complete car mount holder, I realize that. But, if you flip it over - you got physically a perfect(!) Ipod stand. It swivels, reasonably adjustable to any viewing angle (really versatile too!) on your desk. It may be not very suitable inside your vehicle (in according to all those negative reviews), but it’s certainly, the most simple solution for an complete iPod stand! I’m surveillance a lot of TV on my iPod Touch, and that holder can NOT be more useful than it is, period! Check it out, how greatly money people may waste on such junk be fond of iZel, Elago, Tiko, PED3, etc. for just a stupid iPod stand, which is basically, a piece of aluminum or plastic? If you’re all about the looks, knock physically out - waste your loot!!!

This mount was not a sturdy as I expected it to be based on the desciription. It is a bit larger then I would have liked but it does have a nice huge sturdy suction cup with releasing handle. I thought the pivots were a small loose. This unit is adjustable but each adjustable joint has play in it so it does not give you a levelheaded feel but more then adequate to support your iphone which is what I bought this item for.

Bottom Outline - Not as sturdy as described and bit bulky for a iphone but based on the price I would recommend this item. I have not found anything better yet to hold my iphone in the car.
